Beauty. You are Worth it.

Sometimes I wonder: what emotions drive humanity forward? What is the underlying energy that propels us?

It seems that over thousands of years, increasingly so leading up to today, we have been primarily driven by fear, guilt, and shame. These emotions have become so deeply ingrained that we hardly recognize them anymore. You might not notice how blocked your body is—especially in the lower parts—or how much tension you carry.

But there is no one to judge. If, throughout history (with exceptions), we have needed to fight or flee for survival, it has forced both individuals and the collective body of humanity to shut down our profound capabilities for self-regeneration and connection. When we are in deep rest, peace, and joy, it becomes as clear as a cloudless sky how interconnected we all are. We are literally parts of the same body.

The Issue

Stuck in the low-frequency emotions of fear, guilt, and shame—and the fight-or-flight state they trigger—we lose touch with others and ourselves. Because when you are being metaphorically chased by a lion, arguing with your partner, or feeling angry at your boss, it isn’t a time for connection. And since we were never taught how to surrender to peace and rest, we remain in this heightened state for most of our waking hours.

You are not designed to live in constant fear and stress.

The Tragic Reality

You have stopped believing that you are worthy of experiencing or feeling anything better. Conditioned by guilt and shame in your subconscious, you no longer recognize that you deserve goodness and beauty.

What do these beliefs and emotions do to us?

  • They sabotage our efforts to create the life we truly aspire to. Whether it’s business, relationships, or health, your subconscious will find a way to derail it.

  • They trap us in cycles of addiction, fleeting pleasures, and consumption, cutting us off from the ultimate satisfaction that comes from within.

  • They drive us to behaviors that perpetuate humanity’s dysfunction, ensuring the cycle continues.

  • They make us stop loving ourselves.

When was the last time you looked in the mirror and said, "I love you"?

When was the last time you took a trip alone, simply because you cherished your own company?

When did you last feel the beauty of being yourself?

Because, damn, how much we judge ourselves! How harsh we are on ourselves. Does that help anything at all?

No more guilt. No more shame. Enough is enough. May we awaken to our own beauty, or fear will drive us to extinction.

  • Stop looking down and judging your own body. It is your temple.

  • Stop blaming the world, your parents, and especially yourself.

  • Stop thinking you're "on the wrong path" or have messed up in life. Everything is exactly as it is right now because it simply is.

  • Stop believing you have to prove anything to anyone. This journey is not about proving yourself to others but mastering yourself from within and letting the results speak for themselves.

Notice when these survival emotions arise. It means you’re believing a thought that fuels them.

As life progress and we hold ourself accountable to become a little more conscious and developed each day, of letting go of patterns of judgement and fear - we become free.

Suddenly we start seeing th beauty in the world around us. The people on the commute, the trees, the birds and the rivers.

That is because we start seeing the beauty in ourselves.

You are beautiful in every way shape and form, just as every piece of nature is.

Thank you for being you. May you honor yourself for embarking on this journey on Planet Earth and for becoming a greater version of yourself each day

With love,

Samuel Axel
